X1R Vietnam products are manufactured using GDC Alloy—short for Gravity Die Cast Alloy. This advanced casting method uses gravity to pour molten aluminum into permanent molds, creating stronger, more precise parts compared to traditional casting techniques.
After casting, every piece is refined through CNC machining, giving each component excellent fitment, reduced weight, and a polished, performance-ready finish.
